My name is Kevin John; I am the owner and Director of Cymru Medical Services.
I have spent nearly twenty years in industry working my way up from shop floor level to Health and Safety Officer and Works Manager with a Swansea based company. I was responsible for multiple sites all over the U.K. In my spare time I carried out first aid duties for various organisations. |

In 1997 I trained as an emergency medical technician and worked for a private Ambulance Service becoming their training officer.
In September 2000 I started up Cymru Medical Services providing First Aid, Manual Handling and Health and Safety training to the care industry, childcare organisations, local council authorities and other industries in general
I hold a Further Adult Education Teachers Certificate including assessor awards D32, D33 which is necessary to carry out my role as a trainer and assessor within my organisation. I have been teaching Manual Handling, First Aid at Work and Appointed Person Courses for over Eight Years.
A sister organisation Medinet Training Services of which I am also part owner is my certificating body and is registered with the Health and Safety Executive for training purposes. (Registered No. 41/05) |
