How do I know that you will provide me with an excellent Standard of training?
We are an approved First Aid at Work Training organization under the authority of the Health and Safety Executive (Certificate no: 41/05 Medinet Training). As a part of this, we are subject to regular assessments by the Health and Safety Executive. During these assessments our standards of training and documentation and administration systems are thoroughly checked to ensure we reach the high standards that are required by the H.S.E.
How do you ensure the quality of your training?
All our courses follow a Quality Assurance Plan
1. This plan shows by whom, how often and by what methods the skills of our trainers/assessors are assessed and reviewed.
2. We keep records of assessments of the trainers and assessors, including any outcomes.
3. There is a procedure in place to monitor the quality of training which is done by internal and external verifiers and also by student feedback.
4. All our training equipment is new and up to date, and we ensure a high standard of hygiene at all times
5. We have a complaints procedure in place and if we have a complaint it is thoroughly investigated.
6. Our training venues are picked for ease of access whatever your requirements to ensure you have an enjoyable course.
What about your instructors?
All of our instructors hold teaching qualifications and assessor awards minimum requirement Further and Adult Education Teaching Certificate unlike some organisations that rely on so called grandfather rights. They must also undergo regular refresher training as instructors and as Ambulance Personnel.
I want to organize a course can you run the course at my own venue?
All our courses can be run either at our own venue or at a venue suitable to your needs.
I’m not with a company but I would like to take a course with you by myself is this possible?
Yes as long as a space is available on one of our courses, and as long as you are prepared to join another group there is no problem, you can contact us by phone, email or fax, and we will book you in on the next available course.
